The chart below is made for a family of 15 children. To simplify filing these and prevent duplication, we will only be filing the chart under the *father's* surname. We hope that you will also submit a separate chart on the mother's family. If there is more than one marriage, then please do another group sheet & number it as #2 by husband's me.
