At the meeting of the board of School Inspectors a law was
passed regarding the Director's not returning their portion of the borrowed
books to the Township Library.
According to the law, they were fined $.50 for the offences.

District No. 1 has 21 schollars - $2.60 of books
District No. 2 has 45 schollars - $5.58 of books
District No. 3 has 41 schollars - $5.08 of books
