Many, many thanks to all the volunteers who have sent me information and links for Osceola County to be included on this site. Your generosity is appreciated.

If your ancestors came from Avondale in Hartwick Township, you may have hit the jackpot! This site traces many Hartwick Township families from 1870 to 1930. It includes all Hartwick Township census records from 1870-1930, photos of all the tombstones in Cherry Valley Cemetery and much more. It is indexed by surname.

Holy Cross Cemetery near Evart has been inactive for around 50 years. The only records that exist are a list of tombstones from an old newspaper. A group of people, headed by Roberta , are updating information and attempting to compile a complete listing of burials in the cemetery. If you know of someone who is buried there, please email Roberta. She will gladly share the information collected to date. Photos and family history for those buried there would also be appreciated.
